About Me
Michael received his BSc in Computer Science in 2010 with 1st class honours alongside a distinction in his Professional Development Diploma; both from Brunel University. He recently received an accolade from the West London branch of the British Computer Society for his undergraduate dissertation that explored the pitfalls of collision detection algorithms.
Presently, Michael is a postgraduate student at Brunel University studying for an MA in Digital Games Theory & Design. In order to fund this degree, he accepted a work placement at the university as a Systems Analyst and returned later as an IT Specialist.
Outside of his clear passions in computers and games development, Michael is also interested in manga, animation, games education and educational technology. He can often be found managing the Games Society at Brunel or administrating Game Career Guide.
He is also a member of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA), British Computer Society (BCS) and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
